I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Oracle in Feb 2014
Interview
The whole process took 1.5 weeks. I met with a recruiter at a job fair, interviewed with her the following day, and then interviewed with a manager two days later. I received my offer four days later. The questions were very straightforward - Oracle seems to be using the schools they recruit at as their screen, so they stick to behavioral questions. Be ready for why Oracle, why sales, and standard behavioral questions. They are, however, very disorganized in the hiring process (i.e. I received a "second" offer two days after the first) - their system has some bugs. Try to talk to the recruiters to be sure you're both on the same page.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oracle in Aug 2016
Interview
I got an email from the campus recruiter to send her an updated copy of my resume, which I did. She was very helpful and gave me some nice pointers at the end of my interview.
Overall process consisted of two phone interviews, and one in person interview.
Questions pertained to behavioral sales.
Be gregarious, show good intentions, and build report with the interviewer in order to score bonus points. Sales is about relationship building, and if you can accomplish this during the interview you'll do fine.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Overall the interview process was very smooth. The time lines and expectations were set and executed. It was a detail oriented interview process going over everything from professional successes to personal challenges. The hiring managers articulated the details of the position and did a good job 'selling' me on the opportunity to join the Team.
