Interview
Long process with plenty of iterations. Met with Recruiter for phone screening -- then with current senior BD's for panel interview, then with hiring manager and finally a quick call with the regional VP. Strenuous timeline but understand their need to hire the best (and be sure).

Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.
