Interview
No clear guidelines on how Aptitude will be judged, time-based selection is conducted. Better guidelines provide a fair chance at the process. The questions are pretty easy, keep track of time since the company considers it for further procedure.

mostly 20 questions of basic aptitude including quants, logical and verbal.

Perguntas voltadas as experiencias anteriores do cargo, com situações hipotéticas, no momento da explicação em espanhol foi pedido para que eu explicasse em ingles, entrevista durou cerca de 1:20 por zoom.

Got a screening interview and they told me it took 2-3 months to get an interview with the team and didn’t hear about a second interview then was notified they went on with other candidates.
Fue bastante ágil. Primero fue el screening del reclutador por telefono luego la entrevista técnica, entrevista con jefe de área. La dificultad fue promedio, y tuve respuestas muy rapido y agil.
