First was a screening with a recruiter. Then you get moved to the next round of interviews, where there is a Superday, here you get to talk with 3 Sales Managers.

3 rounds of interview. One with HR, one with direct manager and one with hiring manager. More or less got to answer the same questions like your job experience, what can you value add to the team and what’s your goals for the next three to five years.
4 steps of interview, with HR > with Hiring Manager > with Sales Manager > with Hiring Manager and Business Development Director
