I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Denver, CO) in Nov 2010
Interview
Oracle hires very well and this is obvious during the interview process. I spoke with several different managers before doing two in-person interviews. The background check was really, really extensive. The company that does the check looks at the past 3 companies you worked at and you have to list your salary at each one. But overall, good, thorough process to vet only good candidates.

Question 1
Describe how you would typically get a CxO to call you back...what kind of voicemail would you leave?
Easy, three part, met with hiring manager and two similar level managers. They were doing a hiring blitz so it ended up being 3 sales managers interviewing the whole group and selecting their teams.

Question 1
How does your past experience in sales help you with this role?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle (Sydney)
Interview
Several interviews with a presentation. Fairly straight forward.
Once you’ve met with key stakeholders you have to pass the background checks etc. this can take some time.
Sharing this as the hiring manager rather than applicant.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Bogota, Cundinamarca) in Mar 2024
Interview
Interview process was very lengthy and not a lot of communication happened for many weeks. After three months of random back-and-forth, I was finally able to get an interview. Sadly, it wasn't a great fit for them, but it was a very long process.
