Interview
I had three interviews with the branch manager and 2 sales simulations where I had to prepare a proposal based on given product information. The product/service was a basement waterproofing.
zoom style interview, had two people interviewing me. pretty standard, and they were both nice. the pre interview had a lot of tests and questions, very time consuming, but not out of the ordinary.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Orkin (Gurnee, IL)
Interview
Asked questions that really didn’t pertain to the job answered the questions but not to his liking. He seemed uninterested in me soon as I came in could’ve been better.
A phone interview first, then an in-person one. It was very comfortable and everyone that worked there was very welcoming. It was a serious process, nothing laid back about it. But, it wasn’t overwhelming.
