2 steps process fairly easy and laid back conversational. can be done all within a week or two. Met some team member and managers. Offer stage was negotiable. Felt like I could have gotten more.
It starts with a basic phone screen then an in person interview with manager and other team members, you also job shadowing other recruiters. They also do an personality test to see if you would be a good fit.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OtterBase (Lansing, MI) in Feb 2019

Easy, had two interviews and didnt get a call back. Interviewers were personable and easy to talk to. They asked questions about time management and what I did to control my time.
