PC Miracles interview questions

After being contacted by the president of the company, Dan, I had to take a couple of online assessments, then conduct a phone interview, and finally an in person interview. The online assessments were interesting, I've never had to do anything quite like that, but they were well worth the time spent. The phone interview was great; Dan has a very refined hiring process and knows what he's looking for. By the time the phone interview was over, I knew this was the place I wanted to work. The in person interview took about an hour, and in this time I learned as much about PC Miracles as they learned about me. The values and goals of this company were reflected in every question asked.

Phone interview. Dan sent me a link to fill in questions. Dan stated that questions would only take less than an hour to fill out. Had to go through different online skill test, after over an hour of filling out questions. Sill test were to see if you could remember patterns and test memory. I do not recommend applying for any position at PC Miracles because of these tests. If you do go through with these test, expect at least two hours. Do not do the tests at midnight, or while you are exhausted or tired. I ended up closing tests and going to bed. Never recieved a call again after the tests. If you do apply for job and PC Miracles tells you it should take less than an hour to complete, I recommend just letting job go. If they are going to mislead you on hiring, then what do you feel they will do to you once hired?
