Phone interview and then face to face interview. Pleasant experience. They flew me out to Charlotte for the interview. Very interesting process. The face to face interview included a group activity and then personal interview with several interviewees.

Application then video invite then video interview was done a few days later.Currently waiting for the next step. It only took me a few days to receive the video interview .
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
