      Flight Attendant Interview

      Dec 13, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2019

      Interview

Process was relatively quick from application to offer. Less than a month. Communication via emails was always pleasant and accommodating . I drove to the interview and was greeted by an exceptionally friendly parking attendant. Started the day off right! I got to the interview early, so waited in the AA cafeteria with some other applicants. They were all just lovely and personable! We then were ushered into a room to present requested documents, and then dispersed into another room to begin the interview process. We sat at 3 tables of 5 each and they had us do a fun team related project as they walked around evaluating everyone. At no time did I feel any sense of intense scrutiny, but they were professional with a reserved politeness. The presenter of company information was energetic and engaging and the entire room was very relaxed with her. We then did panel interviews with our table of 5 with two interviewers. Again , professional, polite and typical questions. Including why FA, why PSA? We then returned to our tables, had many questions answered and then were called in for our one to one. I think everyone’s experience is different here depending on what questions they still have about you by this time. I also had my application in at AA and due to the months of waiting to hear about a f2f I engaged in the PSA application process. I’m really glad I did! If you’re truly wanting to be a FA for serving customers and interacting with people, this is an awesome opportunity! I love the Bombardier aircraft , the friendly employees, the small company feel with large company benefits, and their safety record ! If you are just ‘settling ‘ for them because you haven’t gotten a mainline offer, then you may not be the right fit to be truly happy. And reading other blogs , they don’t just take ‘anyone’! The applicants in our group were absolutely beautiful and amazing people from all over the nation! They have since been disappointed with the TBNT. I know the first couple years of reserve life are going to be a transition and I definitely don’t wear rose colored glasses . But look at PSA for what it is , not what you want it to be! So far, I’m pretty impressed! Good Luck!!
