The interview was three recorded questions. You then answer the questions while recording yourself with microphone and camera. You get twenty seconds to think about your answer and then get two minutes to answer the question. You can only record yourself once.

Application then video invite then video interview was done a few days later.Currently waiting for the next step. It only took me a few days to receive the video interview .
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
