First a video interview, then in person group interview and they hire you on the spot if you get job and are what they are looking for. You will then be fingerprinted then drug tested on the spot

Describe a situation where you were most stressed out
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
