Interview
Video Interview first then you go for a face to face At the face to face they will have you to interduce yourself. You must do it in the order they give you . Like give us your name , where you are from, and where would you like to travel first with your flight benefits. Then they will tell you what the day will look like, Then show you a video about the company Next they will put you in a group and ask the group a question. Each person will have a chance to answer, Next is the one -on- one this is when they will discuss your work history and ask you questions about yourself

Tell me about a time you received good customer service.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
