2 rounds, including 1 on-site technical. first round was a basic behavioral and experiential screening, and the on-site interview included 3 individual interviews (one technical with the hiring team panel, then a facility tour, followed by one behavioral with the potential coworkers, and lastly one final bahavioral with the hiring manager)

Interview
Lots of questions, wanted in depth review of past work on polymer rheology. I gave a general overview then they asked about specifics such as the program used on the computer.
