I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies in Feb 2023
Interview
Had an initial Karat interview post which there was a recruiter call and 2 on-site interviews. The karat interview was very time sensitive and they dont really give you any hints. It's more like a robot is watching you and taking down notes. The recruiter call was a generic one about why you want to join Palantir etc. The 2 on-site consisted of a Decomposition round (which is mainly system design) and a Learning interview (which was very vague). Got rejected after the onsite. Hard to believe. All the best to everyone out there!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
first Online Assessment, which contains 2 medium-easy leetcode style questions and 1 Rest API design. then phone screen, which is a behavioral kind of questions. then Technical leetcode style questions.

on Technical, since they might ask you more than 1 question don't take ur time on the first one, the question was designing a round robin kind of system, its using hashmap and lists
Applied to position, first round is 15 min recruiter intro phone call before doing any leetcode questions. Asked about why company, experiences on the resume, basic background info (sponsorship, willingness to relocate). The next rounds should be technical questions and coding.
