Just had a simple call with early talent recruiter so far. Also had a hackerrank exercise. Hackerrank was not too difficult, work on leetcode and youll be good. Also looking for a decomposition interview at the end of the month
The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn for a phone screen. After passing that they scheduled a technical interview with a hiring manager which included Leetcode medium level questions. After solving the question, they asked a lot of questions on optimizing the code.

Just completed the first round 15-20 minute phone screen. Why are you interested in defense tech. It was a few behavioral questions and nothing technical was asked. It was for forward deployed software engineer.
