Challenging. Asked questions around situational leadership. Very friendly though. Atmosphere was good. The phone interview wasn't very well organised though. Questions were generic and the line wasn't clear. The panel interview seemed intimidating to start with but got easier with time. Best advice is to be yourself and to also make efforts in understanding whether the company will suit you or not.
