Flew me out to NY. Had to give a presentation on a technical topic of my choice. Do NOT take an interview if they are going to fly you out. They say they will reimburse you for hotel and travel fees but they don't.

Process was 3 main steps. Contacted by recruiter from company, phone screen with potential boss, and then video interview and presentation in front of panel. Process in total took 4-5 weeks until offer was received.
