Informal two way discussion with regional manager. Felt comfortable and gained useful information. Used my knowledge to put a positive spin on the situation and asked plenty of questions to the interviewer.

There were two rounds of interview. Questions were easy and everyone was very friendly. First interview was general and second round was more subject and lab related. It was a really nice experience.
