Applied online for the position, had 1v1 interviews with HR first. Then, video interview with hiring manager. Next, they set up a video interview with a team member. Very straight forward, no hard questions on behavioral or personality. Some questions on R&D (chemistry related).
It is a very positive experience.

Question 1
How to prepare buffer solution? How do you calibrate a pH probe?
There were multiple rounds, beginning with a phone interview with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, and then an onsite interview with presentation and one on one interviews with the team
Phone interview with HR that covers work eligibility, salary range, and location, followed by interviews with hiring manager and other members of the research group that you would be joining
The process was pretty quick and there were touchbases. I did meet with about 5 people and everyone was nice and helpful. I would recommend Pall as a great company to work for.
