I would just avoid talking with PalTech.  They are looking for a very specific persona but don't even know what that is.  As a result, this role has been open for months.  The interview itself was uncomfortable at best.  While Shayam (CEO) is really pleasant and seems very thoughtful, his advisor Bob Zimmerman, comes off as the proverbial bull in a China shop.  Doesn't let you finish a sentence, challenges your resume instead of engaging in conversation, and doesn't even share an intro about the company or himself.   I was going to end the call 20 minutes in, but I figured it would be good practice for my next interview, so I stayed till the end (about 50 minutes).
