There was 4 rounds interviews: Past Experience, Behavioral, Coding, System design. It was my best interview which I ever had and all interviewer were satisfied with my answers. After one week, I sent email to the recruiter to take feedback but she immediately replied that the team didn't select me. Some big company do interviews to support current employee green card sponsorship so they need to prove US government there is no one to fit this role except current employee. I hope Paypal don't response this review by copy/paste their prepared script .
