Started off great. Recruiter and I had a great conversation about my background, experience, the job, etc. Was moved forward to speak with a district manager. Unfortunately the time she scheduled did not work for me so I asked for the next day or Monday. It took 3 weeks to get that interview rescheduled. Between that and the rescheduled interview I had to reach out the the recruiter every week asking for an update on the date and time for the rescheduled interview. Finally had the interview with the district manager and she wanted to move me forward into the next round. I once again had to reach out to the recruiter about the next steps. I eventually gave up because I was offered an opportunity with another company within this two month span. My advice is make sure your recruiters stay on top on candidates. I felt like this was going to be a great opportunity and company but that went all way with the interview process.
