Streamlined and chill. Interviewer actually talked more than I did, explaining what the company is like and why they need people. There are 4 interviews in total and two sets of exams. The exam is really hard I didn't even finish but it appears it didn't even matter. Not sure if exam is really being considered. The hiring manager is really nice and looks chill.
