Head of department interview , first one waa telephone interview with talent acquaintances , then for the technical interview for 1 hour, then with HR and head of department
it is a one round, 6 people panel interview. including hiring manager and test engineer and an automation developer. they asked general questions on testing and technical questions related to Java and testing automation.
Pretty streamline process. Start with phone screening interview by the technical recruiter, interview with the teams that you will be working with, technical interview with the coding questions or problems
