I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Pearson (San Francisco, CA) in May 2012
Interview
Met with an HR rep. who was unprepared for the interview and did not actually interview me. They basically wasted my time.
I walked in and she said,"I am not your typical HR rep. I don't like to ask about strengths and weaknesses or to tell me about your past. So, I would like you to ask me questions instead."
I did my best to conduct the interview for her, even though the position I was interviewing for was an entry level, low paying publishing job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pearson (Athens, AL) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview was professional, straight forward and follow up communication turnaround time was great! It was a virtual interview and after I had accepted the job I received an offer letter the next day. Fast and easy if you have the appropriate qualifications.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson (New York, NY)
Interview
Standard interview process first interview and then second interview and met with upper management for final interview . After about 2 weeks heard back with an offer. Good interview process would recommend them highly
Two rounds of interview. One from HR and the other from the panel. Panel interview lasted for little over 45 mins. Process is very streamlined and interview difficulty is fair.
