Very basic questions about myself. There was 2 interviewer. The Ottawa district manager and HR. They made you feel like you were friends with them. They did not ask anything about the company. The interview itself was very easy. After doing the interview, I was asked to fill out a little skills testing quiz.

Question was all about, Tell us about your career, what you understand about sales and prioritization of schedules .
What you understand about safety at work place, Knowledge about customers satisfaction and salary expectation.
The interview process was done online. I was asked three to four questions with a 2 minute time limit to answer. One of the questions was: Tell us a time where you demonstrated leadership?

Talk about past experiences and some general behavioural questions. Overall, pretty basic stuff and know about the position and company. The interviewer was pretty kind and they inform you well about the position. There was only one 30-minute interview.
