Had a video interview followed by in person with senior management involving the VPs. Office was nice and it’s a misconception to what you will be working in, which is the plant.

A long and drawn-out process with situational job questions. 4 interview rounds including phone screening by a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an assessment interview followed by a final interview with the Plant Director and HR.

Interview process was extremely long and tedious. The entire process took about two months in total with three different interviews. First interview with hiring manager and second with hiring manager as well as HR. Questions were straight forward.
