Interview
The interview was a smooth process going through recruiting into a technical meeting and having a higher stakeholder (Director) meeting after that.
Everything was handled relatively fast (less than a month) and very professionally.

Why i want to change my current position and why i picked Perficient as a potential
Technical, client, Managerial, HR rounds. There may be more rounds if they are still unsure. They first collect all qualification and experience docs at initial rounds and then proceed further
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Perficient (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The first round was with the recruiter which was easy. The second round was with the group and it was average in difficulty but they wanted a candidate with a specific prior experience.
