    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Personagraph.

    Interview

A few rounds from india and a few more from US over skype.
Questions to test your understanding of DS/Algos, time & space complexity, APIs, problem solving, scaling problems.
They would also try to see your interest and experience in BigData as they work heavily in that space.

    Negotiation

It's a pay master, but the company is not incorporated in India yet. So, u will be on payrolls of LeadIT in India, which is a services company and benefits, etc are very bad when compared to product company. Hence, ask more salary and they will pay.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Personagraph (Bengaluru (India)) in April 2016.

    Interview

Consultant scheduled a face to face interview with manager in Bangalore office.
First round was F2F with Manager in Bangalore. This was not an actual interview, this is just to get feel of candidate. Then he asked me to come for second round.
Second round was a Technical guy, questions on data structures. Interview went for more than an hour, after some time he didn't know what to ask.

Data structure questions mostly you can find in online, then a question related to trie(data structure to store huge text), which is nowadays asked in all interviews

    Interview

I interviewed at Personagraph on 13th may 2016 for software engineering post(fresher). Initially it was evaluation test which consisted of 5 questions on programming language (in which language you are comfortable with to write the code). Later after 15 days got an email regarding clearing the test and there were telephonic rounds from technical architect. The interview process is too slow. It took near about 2 months. Cleared first technical telephonic round. The other technical round was held in June. Who asks puzzles in telephonic round. The same second telephonic round was a bit tough asked questions on Java programming. Somehow I couldn't clear the third telephonic round. But the process is too slow.

    Product Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Hyderabad (India)

    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Personagraph (Hyderabad (India)) in January 2017.

    Interview

5 interviews, 2 phone, 1 Skype and 2 in person. 3 out of 5 rounds were with tech teams, asking questions from tech architecture to algorithms.

All interviews appeared poorly run & managed. It's very unusual that the tech team, and not the product team, is the primary stakeholder in hiring for a product manager
