Applied and was immediately called in for an interview. The store manager conducted the interview and then offered me a job on the spot. It did seem like he was looking for someone to hire immediately so there wasn't too much pressure.

I got a call from the store manager two days after I applied to schedule an interview. Then I had the interview with 2 team members and a background check after.
Good interview. Ask a lot of good very insightful questions. Cares about who they were talking to. Would recommend talking with this company. Was not hard at all. Just be prepared.
