Interview
I applied for a few different positions but they didn’t tell me which one I was interviewing for until I asked (well into the interview). I met only with the store manager even though they were hiring me for the salon, I didn’t meet the salon manager until my first day. They basically called me to ask if I would come in for an interview, then had a 1:1 interview with very easy and limited questions. Got hired on the spot.
Easy and straight to the point. They asked pretty basic questions. It was the assistant store manager and the pet stylist supervisor. They asked me what kind of dog I think I would be. Although I panicked and said a chihuahua, they enjoyed my answer.
Straightforward, was referred by current employee, asked technical questions about grooming. I did not do very well they did not extend offer. hopefully next time. kind interviewer was understanding, suggested I study grooming for next time.

Easy going felt like I knew them already had two interviews first was with the salon manager then the 2nd was with the store manager if you get a call back you come in to get paperwork to go do your ua then if you pass you go back to finish everything else
