Interview
I first had a phone interview with general questions about how I work and what I do, what I could bring to the table. I think this was mostly to check the level of English if not a native speaker.
The second interview was a face to face discussion with the hiring manager and another manager from another team. It was very friendly and informal.

How do you establish deadlines for others to make sure they deliver everything on time?
The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
