Interview
I had a highly satisfying experience, finding it well-balanced—not too challenging but also not overly simple. The integration of marketing and category management was seamless, resulting in a smooth process and efficient, prompt communication throughout.
The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

To describe different situations where I had to for example take leadership in a team
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
