I have been contacted by a recruiter with preliminary questions via email, then the recruiter made a mix-up and I ended up in a phone interview for a wrong position with a different team which of course I am not qualified for. From what I heard, recruiters inside SONY are a mess... very disorganized. Or maybe it's a strategy to prove to the Dept of Labor "we don't find qualified workforce in the area, so we need H1B visas in order to underpay workers"
