I applied online. I interviewed at Pottery Barn (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Recruiter reached out to discuss my experience and salary requirements. Was considered for a few roles with varying seniority. I interviewed in their SF office near exploratorium with 3 different manager/leaders. Interviews were standard with lots of behavioral questions. Getting in to interview was overall quick but there was no follow up and was ghosted. As big of a company as WSI, my advice for leadership is to do better with communicating status. I ended up withdrawing from 3 roles and would not want to work for an employer that doesn’t respect my time or energy.
Three rounds with recruiter screening, hiring manager, vp video interview and a written assessment. People are very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The whole process takes two to three weeks. I would recommend this company.
