Interview
I will admit, I bombed the interview. I came unprepared, and it was the first one I have had in a while. However, the interviewer focused exclusively on my current position (which has no relation to the one I was interviewing for, while my 2 former positions did). He thought the job sounded cool, and interesting. He then thought he understood enough to challenge my knowledge of what I did. He was wrong, he asked me questions that I couldn't answer because I was not related at all to what he asked. Regardless, I suppose I was taken back by him focusing soley on my current job and not on what should have mattered.
After about 10 minutes of discussing my current position, he quickly wrapped it up. He did ask if I had any questions, and while I had plenty (He only gave me the same information that the recruiter did, who said he would give me a lot more info at the interview), I had also lost interest in the job. I knew I wouldn't receive an offer, and I was right.

Interview
The interviewers were nice. However, when I asked about pay structure in my first interview the interviewer said that question would be answered in m second interview. When I asked about it in my second interview, that interviewer said he could not answer my question and that it would be discussed in my third interview. I ultimately canceled my third interview due to lack of transparency about the pay.

Interview
Great initial interview, immediately was selected to move forward with a second round interview. The first interviews are virtual and with very welcoming people. The interview process is quick, for me at least, it moved fast, scheduling the second interview to be the same day as the first.
