It was a casual phone interview to gauge interest and it went really well! The interviewer was very friendly on the phone and sent me a follow up email right away.
Applied on Handshake and the first round was HR phone call on the same day. Simple behavioral questions about past experience and interest in sales as well as location fit. Rounds after include specific office hiring manager reaching out directly.

Interview
Off putting. It's really bizarre to jump into an interview by just asking about the other jobs I'm applying for. It felt rushed, scammy, and unprofessional. What else I am applying for my own business and frankly not relevant to what I can do for THIS company. I found the whole thing off putting and when I asked to focus on the job was basically give ln a 30 second spiel and hung up on.

Interview
Very easy and straight forward three step interview process. First call is over the phone then two zoom interviews. They don't tell you compensation until the final interview. All interviewers and recruiters were extremely nice and were happy to answer questions.
