Upon applying for Power HRG they sent me an email letting me know that I wasn't a good fit for their company. After applying a second time and calling in they like my persistence and I got an interview.

The interviewers were nice. However, when I asked about pay structure in my first interview the interviewer said that question would be answered in m second interview. When I asked about it in my second interview, that interviewer said he could not answer my question and that it would be discussed in my third interview. I ultimately canceled my third interview due to lack of transparency about the pay.
