I applied online. I interviewed at PowerPlan (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
First round was a phone screening with a manger in a department (not a recruiter, so I was asked more technical questions about my resume). The questions were more conversational, but pretty detailed about my resume and why I chose certain projects or internships, etc.
Second round was a panel interview with more senior/midlevel leadership. They all took turns asking about my resume with pretty standard questions, relatively in depth resume questions. There was a 15- minute technical portion at the end, questions primarily related to how you would join certain databases, basic sql code, and definition of joins.
Didn't make it past that round, but I believe there was a final round. I received a rejection email after following up with recruiter.
