Interview
Was quite calm and the entire process was smooth. You are called to the HR office and wait in the sitting area until you are called. Once called you sit with the interviewer who will ask you some questions about you and some situation tasks

If you had a situation where there were several products on the floor , some on a stand but in a mess and a customer struggling which task would you do first and why?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

If there were clothes on the floor, what would you do and why?
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
