Interview
I applied online, and after filling out all the sections and the questionnaire I received an email about 2 weeks later offering an interview. It was a one to one interview with a manager and I talked about myself and why I would be suited to the job, I was asked the general questions about how I've been helpful in a team etc. The interview lasted around 10-15 minutes and after that I just left. It took about 2 weeks and I got a reply offering me a job.

Question 1
Can you think of a time in which you helped someone, what was there issue and how did you help them?
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
