Apply online using their online application form. Then they call you to make an interview appointment. interview with one of the management of the store and if you are successful and you get an offer they will call you to tell you about the induction day.

Question 1
A situation when you did well in a team and what have you done?
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions
-pretty easy and straightforward
-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
