I had a phone interview and i was flown in for 2 interviews and about 2 weeks later. I was asked behavioral questions over the phone and the same with two different interviewers when i went over there, dinner, breakfast and lunch with some of the team and a site visit

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
