One on one with a senior engineer. Casual conversation for the most part. Asked a lot about details on my resume. Very open ended questions. Interested in leadership roles and volunteer experience, as well as research experience

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
