The beginning of the interview process was a phone interview, which took approximately 45 minutes. Then I waited a few weeks and was accepted to the next round to be flown to Orlando for the panel interview. We each had an interview with 2 current L&G employees.

4 interviews , spread out over a few months , fairly easy , campus requirement lots of involvement during interview , I had a campus representative that kept me up to date with everything.

Aptitude tests done on their online platform. Interviews are then conducted. The aptitude tests were not complicated and their goal was to understand your way of thinking, how you behave with other colleagues and superiors
