I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2012
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a typical interview with scenario-based questions that was performed over the phone. The second was on location. It involved more detailed questions, but similar ones to the first. The interviewer was a person who would be a colleague so it was important to make a good impression. The third round was more relaxed, mostly just hanging out with other employees and discussing the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to describe a time when I may have let my emotions (read: anger) take over in a work environment.
Colloquio cordiale con i principali responsabili di settore, molto attenti alle tue esigenze ed al feeling con le attività lavorative proposte. Human resources professionale con domande e risposte sulla personalità del candidato
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Boston, MA) in May 2023
Interview
2 rounds of interviews total. There is a long questionnaire before the interviews. The formal interview had behavior questions and technical questions in both rounds. The 2 rounds were very similar.
You have to pass their test to continue on to the interview portion. I applied online and then met them at my college career fair. A couple days after applying online, I was invited to take an assessment. About1-2 weeks after, I got a call to schedule an interview. After that interview (1-2 weeks), a recruiter emailed me to schedule a day for a slew of interviews/talking to people. After the second round, I heard back within a few days of an offer. Each interview will ask you STAR based questions and then a scenario based question.
