I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
On-campus career fair, followed by several online assessments. I received an on campus interview that was very relaxed and conversational. Mostly behavior based questions (tell me about a time when you had this issue and how did you solve it). The P&G website has ample information about their interviews. I was later invited to a facility visit where I was given a reasoning test as well as three 45min+ interviews. Some weeks later I was given an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions are available on P&G's website. Nothing was particularly unexpected.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cape Girardeau, MO) in Apr 2026
Interview
An initial one hour video interview before being flown out for a site tour and in person interview. Entirely behavioral questions, but they rejected me before I was on the plane home.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Iowa City, IA)
Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Iowa City, IA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The process consisted of an assessment and then an online interview. They conduct an in-person interview for the final round with a two people, during which you also tour the plant.
