I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Oxnard, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Application, Assessment, Online Visit, Site Visit/In Person Interview. The recruiter made it seem as if I already had the job and the site visit was a formality. I didn’t prepare for an interview at the site visit, which there was, and I didn’t get the job. Not completely the recruiters fault, but another new hire said they had the same experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Iowa City, IA)
Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
