The screening process was rather okay. The assessments consist of behavioral test, very subjective. They say there is no right or wrong answer, dont be fooled. Just choose which every feels right to you.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
